to end the affect of the spell.

suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby

Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth, Pendo will blow a
large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A
variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets
ignited with flame.

will then explode into droplets of water that will cover the ground
before rising into spikes and hardening into ice.

Element. After forming the needed handseals, Pendo will expel a sticky
liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square
meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become
glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet
before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it
without hindrance. This allows Pendo or a comrade to charge and attack
without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a
whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to
electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal
fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

Name: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique

Description:
Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison
an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the
water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only
allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching
the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken,
the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a
bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow
for a clone to attack others nearby.

Being from the Water Country, Pendo is at home with this type of
jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

forming the needed hand seals, Pendo's hair will grow in length to
surround and protect his body. In this form it also becomes ridged and
spiked, forming a layer of protectiong from direct strikes and blows.

his feet together, Pendo can extend a sensory barrier to detect the
movements of a hidden foe. Should the field touch his opponent, he will
know their position immediately.

Description:
Kaze Shippuu no Jutsu, also known as Wind Hurricane Technique, is a
jutsu that involves the user building up chakra in their feet and
spiraling in an intensely fast spiral motion while at the same time
exerting wind chakra from their body. The wind chakra will form a
hurricane of wind sucking in the surrounding area and people in the
area. The reason the user is unaffected by the hurricane is because he
is in the center of it, also known as "the eye of the storm" which is
generally a calm, peaceful, and unaffected area of a hurricane or
tornado. This jutsu can be used in conjunction with an explosive tag or
Endan Fire Ball Jutsu in order to form a Fire Hurricane that will not
only suck in the opponent but also severely burn them, with much more
heat than the regular Endan no jutsu as well because of the swirling
winds making the fire more powerful.

Name: Kaze no Yaiba - Sword of Wind

no Yaiba is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Leaf ninja Pendo. After
forming the needed hand seal, a cutting whirlwind will envelop his
opponent and cut them to pieces. Unlike a real sword which can face
resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty.

Name: Daibakufu no Jutsu - Grand Waterfall Technique

Description: Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Description: Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

Name: Gouzen Mizu Youshiki No Jutsu - Roaring Water Form Technique

Description:
This is a jutsu that Pendo has developed himself, after years upon
years of work. It requires that a nearby source of water is either
already there, or created himself. He will then get inside the water,
and open his chakra system to the element. Once he has done so, the
water will both go into his body and surround his body. The water that
goes into his body will then be converted into more chakra, doubling
his current amount, and the water outside will harden into steel, but
still look and act like normal water. This technique drastically slows
down his speed and reflexes, and increases his strength and endurance.
The water on the outside layers over his entire body three times, each
layer being two inches thick. It is said that if he uses this technique
more than twice in a single month that he will die, because the water
that was converted into chakra eventually turns back into water, and so
if he uses it too many times than too much water will be built up into
his system and he will become gravely ill and die from too much water.
This is why it needs time for the water to leave his system before
activating the jutsu again.
